Born in Athens in 1958, Georgas received his education in the Florence and Bologna Academies of Fine Arts, where he was the pupil of famous painter Georgos Kouzounis.

Throughout his art career, he drew illustrations for children’s books and created posters for theatre plays. He contributed to the ad campaign for the 1997 New Orleans Jazz Festival. He gained his most important experiences during his trip to Asia between 1995 and 1996.

Since 1996, he has been giving drawing and color lessons to students who want to be accepted into art schools. Along with a research and analysis book on color, nature and art, he has published three more books between 1998 and 2001 about the lives and works of three famous artists – Konstantinos Parthenis, Yannis Tsarouchis and George Bouzianis.

His work can be found in many local and international collections, including the White House collection.
