VALENTIN REKUNENKO

Rekunenko, born in Tokmak, Ukraine, in 1955, graduated from Dnipropetrovsk School of Fine Arts in 1974.

Starting in 1978, he held and participated in exhibitions and group events all over the Soviet Union; especially in Kiev, Moscow and St. Petersburg.

He has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1987. He participated in the Kiev Triennale in 1998 and 2001, and also showcased his work at the 45^th anniversary exhibition of the Zaporizhzhya Association of Artists.

His paintings can be found in various private collections in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany and USA, and also in museums in the cities of Zaporizhzhya and Tokmak in Ukraine.
